Our chocolate is personally chosen by Karin Finger and handmade with lots of love. We use high quality couvertures such as Callebaut or Valrhona. You can also find in our assortment plantation chocolate from Peru or bio certified chocolate. We cast every single chocolate individually by hand, without any machines and add exotic flavors like pepper, chilli and green tea or just keep things simple for the chocolate purists.

In addition to our chocolate bars and Goethe Chocolate Talers® we manufacture different kinds of hot and cold chocolates to enjoy in the cold winter time or warm summer period. Dark hot chocolates, milk chocolates with hazelnuts or white chocolates with raspberry or green matcha tea are just a few from our large range of drinks.

Schoko-Bang is our very popular spread for chocolate lovers. As well as tasty milk chocolate with hazelnuts spread we offer dark and white chocolate spreads with strawberry in the summer and for that festive Christmas feeling, cinnamon flavour.
